Return & Refund Policy

At Outdoor Addix, every item is made specifically for you when you place your order. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, buyer's remorse, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no additional cost.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Size Issues

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. Since each item is custom made, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to determine the best resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 6 hours of purchase unless production has begun. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
